Ieri sera l’uomo della foto ha adocchiato i biscotti alla marmellata, al panificio, lì in bella mostra….. erano giorni che li desiderava e finalmete se li poteva gustare ….ma aimè erano tutt altro che buoni, cosi deluso ha dovuto rinunciare rigettandoli nel sacchettino…a malincuore.
Siccome vederlo triste e sconsolato mi fa troppa tenerezza,…. all ora di pranzo dopo aver studiato un bel pò…… sono entrata in cucina e in breve tempo ho sfornato questi… tutti per lui (si nota la confezione da asporto!!!):
Ingredienti per biscotti alla marmellata di Fragole
x 30 biscotti farciti
Ingredienti frolla:
300g di farina
1 uovo intero +1tuorlo
70g di zucchero
130g di burro morbido
1/2 cucchiaino di lievito
la buccia di un limone
un pizzico di sale
Ingredienti farcitura:
2 cucchiai abbondanti di marmellata di fragole o a vostro gusto personale
zucchero a velo q.b.
Preparazione pasta frolla:
Amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti della frolla per bene e formare una palla soda e liscia, lasciare riposare in frigo per circa 30 min.
Trascorso il tempo stenderla con l aiuto di un foglio di carta da forno e in mattarello in una sfoglia di circa 5mm di spessore.
Creare con le formine o con un bicchiere i biscotti e disporli su una placca da forno precendetemente ricoperta da carta da forno, distanziandoli di 1cm l’ uno dall altro.
Cuocere per 15 min a 200°C o fino a quando non saranno diventati dorati.
Toglierli dalla placca da forno e lasciarli raffreddare, occorreranno pochi minuti, iniziare a spalmare di marmellata il fondo del biscotto e richiudere con un altro biscotto.
Aspettare che la marmellata faccia da “colla” per bene e spolverare di zucchero a velo da entrambi i lati del doppio biscotto!
